Youth Inspiring Positive Change Ja. Ltd is a dynamic and registered NGO, a dedicated social enterprise on a mission to ignite transformation. We are fervently committed to forging powerful alliances between various organizations and our brilliant youth, uniting them in the pursuit of development, volunteerism, social change, and peacebuilding.

At our core, we are catalysts of change, channeling the boundless energy and creativity of Jamaica's youth towards the pressing social issues of our nation, while inspiring them to become passionate advocates for peace. Through rigorous training and mentorship, we empower young minds to craft innovative solutions that address Jamaica's most pressing challenges and actively contribute to building a peaceful society.

Our journey began in 2012 when our founder, Neville Charlton, ignited a passion for volunteerism and influenced other young individuals to join the cause. Over time, we evolved, honing our focus to address critical issues such as gender inequality, conflicts, and a lack of respect in our society. This evolution has led us to empower youth to become advocates, passionately challenging these pressing concerns head-on.

We've also extended our impact to communities like Tivoli Gardens, where we partnered with the Tivoli Gardens Youth Club. Here, we have motivated and empowered young people to become change-makers in their communities, igniting positive transformations from within. Through initiatives like our book drive, we've provided educational resources to nurture the minds of these aspiring youth leaders.

Furthermore, our Positive Awards program recognizes and celebrates the invaluable contributions of young individuals who have gone above and beyond in their efforts to effect positive change. These awards serve as a beacon of hope and inspiration, highlighting the remarkable work of these youth and encouraging others to join in creating a brighter future.
